The campaign to carry out 1,022 technical inspections of homes in the neighbourhood of El Besòs i el Maresme is now under way. The inspections will help establish the work which needs to be done to regenerate housing there and which buildings must take priority as they are in a more complex situation.
The inspections start in mid-March, with information to be given on a door-to-door basis at the homes to be inspected in different types of residential blocks in the area between C/ Llull, C/ Bernat Letge, Rambla Prim and the edge of Sant Adrià de Besòs.
The inspections will be carried out by teams of architects, quantity surveyors and builders, who will be checking the insides of homes as well as communal areas.
