Barcelona’s Municipal Institute of Housing and Renovation has activated an appointment service for the Housing Offices Network to enable personalised assistance to be provided over the phone unless an office visit is essential.
“Housing calls you” staff will provide telephone assistance for all available procedures without the need to visit the office; and if the procedure can only be done in person, staff will give you an appointment to receive assistance at one of the Housing Offices in Barcelona. If you need to do any paperwork regarding benefits or the housing stock, renovation, certificates of habitability, housing-related emergencies or if you require advice, book an appointment with “Housing calls you” using this link.
As well as offering a telephone helpline, some of the Housing Offices in Barcelona have opened to handle procedures that can only be done in person and always with a prior appointment. Seven of the ten offices are open. Any procedures that must be done in person can be dealt with at the Housing Offices in Sant Andreu, Ciutat Vella, Nou Barris, Sant Martí, les Corts, Sants-Montjuïc, and l’Eixample. However, appointments must be booked in advance.
