The Barcelona City Council, through the Municipal Institute of Housing and Renovation (IMHAB), will hold a dozen of open and free informative sessions, which do not require prior registration, for all citizens interested in the grants for the renovation of housing offered by the council, thanks to the European Next Generation funds.
The city council’s commitment to improving both the quantity and quality of building renovation throughout the city is translated into four lines of grants, which can cover up to 80% of the investment in renovation.
