From Monday 21 June, you must call 010 to book an appointment with IMHAB and transactions will be done through the transactions portal of the City Council’s electronic office. This simplifies the process as the channels will be the same that citizens use for other transactions with Barcelona City Council.
This unification will result in improvements for the user. On one hand, the hours available for booking appointments will increase. Business hours for booking appointments will be Monday to Sunday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. It will also enable citizens services to be segmented to offer a more specialised service and have the quality standards and indicators of the 010 helpline, which will help improve the quality of the service and increase user satisfaction.
