The Municipal Renovation Office (ORM) is a specific renovation office with necessary material and human resources to inform, disseminate and process renovation aids. The ORM was born from the transversal collaboration between the Municipal Institute of Housing and Rehabilitation of Barcelona (IMHAB) and the City's Development department, under the call of the Barcelona Housing Consortium (CHB).
In this office you can manage and process any aids related to refurbishment, also available to apply online. As the Refurbishment Grants at the Building level, with the European Next Generation funds, earmarked for actions in the common elements of residential buildings to improve efficiency and energy saving; renovation in general.
These grants come from the Barcelona City Council, the Barcelona Housing Consortium (CHB), and other official bodies, and are complemented by the opening of a call for renovation grants from the European Next Generation funds.
In addition, it is a meeting, relationship and dialogue space with the different kind of agents and professionals in this area, such as the associations of architects and quantity surveyors (collaborating agents in the processing of the line of building aids, according to the AHC Agreement and Professional Associations).
The ORM'S winter timetable (from October to May) is:
From Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
